COMISS Commission on Accreditation
of Pastoral Services (formerly JCAPS)
CCAPS provides national consultation, evaluation, and accreditation of institutions for their delivery of pastoral services. Standards are developed by commissioners appointed by the COMISS Network Leadership three (3) of whom shall come from Certifying and Accreditation Groups, two (2) from the Religious Endorsing Bodies, one (1) from one of the other two COMISS Network groups, and two (2) at large drawn from outside the COMISS Network.
